Yes. The lake is calm, every paddler wears a life jacket, and our instructor stays within shouting distance for the first hour. Half our customers are non-swimmers. Falling in is fun, not dangerous. 可以。湖面平靜、每位玩家都穿救生衣、第一小時教練都在喊得到的距離內。一半客人不會游泳。掉下去是樂趣，不是危險。

Swimwear under your clothes. A change of dry clothes for the ride home. Sunscreen, sunglasses with a strap, and reef-safe insect repellent if you’ve got it. We provide everything else, including towels, dry bag, and a waterproof phone pouch. 先穿好泳衣，外面套衣服。一套乾淨衣服回程穿。防曬乳、附繩太陽眼鏡、（有的話）友善型防蚊液。其餘我們全包：毛巾、防水袋、手機防水袋。

Light rain is fine — you’re already wet. Heavy rain or thunderstorm forecast: we reschedule for free, no questions asked. We make the call by 8pm the day before. 小雨沒差 — 你本來就是濕的。豪雨或雷雨預報：免費改期，不囉唆。我們前一晚 8 點前決定。

Yes — ages 8+ on their own board, ages 4–7 on a parent’s board (no extra charge for the kid). Bus and HSR fares for under-12s are roughly half — we’ll bill the actual cost, not the adult rate. 可以 — 8 歲以上自己一塊板，4–7 歲跟家長共板（不額外收費）。12 歲以下客運與高鐵半票 — 我們依實際票價收，不收成人價。

You book us, we book everything else. Around 7pm the night before, you get one email with: HSR QR (or 1833 ticket), Tourist Shuttle reservation, a map of where to catch each, and our instructor’s LINE number. You walk to the station, scan, sit down. No counter lines. 你預約我們，我們預約其他全部。前一晚 7 點左右，一封 email 裡有：高鐵 QR（或 1833 客運票）、好行訂位、各車站搭乘地點地圖、教練 LINE。走到車站、刷碼、坐下，不用排隊。

LINE us — we put you on the next departure. Direct bus runs every 1–2 hours; HSR every 10 minutes. Worst case you start SUP at 12 instead of 10, and we shift the rest of the day later. We’ve been there. It’s fine. LINE 給我們 — 幫你改下一班。直達客運每 1–2 小時一班，高鐵每 10 分鐘一班。最壞情況：12 點才下水（不是 10 點），整天延後。我們處理過很多次，沒事。
